If a mistake was made on the personalization of a product or products, contact us and we'll send out a replacement ASAP at no charge to you. Send us an  EMAIL,   or call us at 902-723-0968 so we can arrange to get a corrected item out to you. Fully explain the problem  (i.e., misspellings, wrong dates, or missing information).  We WILL CORRECT IT TO YOUR SATISFACTION. If we require the incorrect item returned to us, we'll refund your shipping charges.
